Services, Fees and Locations
I offer counselling in person in South Woodford (George Lane, E18) and at the Cherry Tree Therapy Centre (Buckhurst Hill), as well as online via Zoom. In 2026, I’ll be expanding to include Wimpole Street, London for in-person sessions.
We start with a brief, no pressure connection call so you can get a feel for me and tell me what you’re hoping for from therapy. If it feels right, we book an assessment session to understand your story, what’s most pressing now, and what support will be most helpful. From there, we meet regularly, usually weekly, and review as we go, ensuring the work we do together is meeting your needs.
Sessions are 50 minutes, usually weekly at first. Some people move to fortnightly once they’re feeling steadier; others prefer to stay weekly. We can work time limited (e.g. 6 – 12 sessions) or open ended, the choice is always yours.
