Working with Organisations
Speaking & Corporate Services
Bespoke grief, wellbeing training and individual counselling that helps leaders and teams respond with confidence, compassion and clarity.
It’s my core belief that healthy organisations don’t have to choose between compassion and performance. They build both. I help leaders and teams have confident conversations about mental health, grief and change so people feel seen, supported, and the work stays on track.
I’m an experienced corporate trainer and a Lecturer at the University of East London, as well as an Integrative Counsellor, Grief Expert and Coach. I previously worked as a Senior Corporate Trainer with Mind in Mid Herts, delivering workforce learning at scale.
Alongside strong content, I’m known for holding the room. Creating psychologically safe, well boundaried spaces where people can engage with sensitive topics thoughtfully and confidently. My sessions are immersive and interactive: we learn with and from each other, not through being talked at. Teams leave with clear frameworks, confident language, and realistic next steps to support bereavement, sudden loss and wellbeing at work, strengthen return to work conversations, and build a more compassionate, stigma reducing culture.
Some of my clients

“Our session with Dipti was exceptional. Throughout the session, I felt like every point related to me and was explain how I was feeling/had been feeling but have been unable to express myself to others. I left the session feeling that I had been heard without even having to say anything, a slight weight lifted of my shoulders.”

“I liked the interactivity of the training. Thanks for organising this session. It was very insightful and useful”
“Really great session, and applicable beyond the main focus – lots of useful sharing that colleagues will no doubt be able to take forward and use in their own work and lives”
“Dipti’s workshop gave our team the tools we needed to understand our grief and feelings, as well as provided a safe space to be open to understanding the process we are going through. We are deeply thankful.”

Bringing me in to train your workforce means you will benefit from:
Managers who feel equipped to talk about tough topics early, with clarity and care.
Staff who feel seen and supported, reducing presenteeism after loss or crisis.
Clearer policies and pathways people actually use.
A more compassionate culture without losing momentum or standards.
Why focus on grief and mental health at work?
Because people don’t leave their lives at the door. Loss, change and pressure impact performance, relationships and wellbeing. When leaders have the skills and the organisation has clear pathways, you get earlier conversations, wiser decisions and better retention.
Who are sessions for?
I run sessions for whole teams, manager cohorts, HR/Wellbeing leads and senior leaders. We can also tailor for specific communities (e.g. ERGs, faith groups) to make support culturally relevant.
